Evanguard Retreat • November 15-17

This year's Evanguard retreat's speaker is Rev. Jeffrey Hemmer who is the husband of (in his opinion) the most wonderful woman in the world, the father to the five most delightful children he's ever met, Assistant to the President of the LCMS, a wannabe farmer, maker of some things, fixer of some other things, grower of beards, and general curmudgeon. His big truck is probably a sign of his insecurity. He will be speaking about Biblical masculinity.

We will begin on Friday at 6pm. Supper will not be provided on Friday evening, but there will be hearty snacks available. Saturday will include breakfast, lunch, and supper, and time for teaching, fellowship, and activities at the camp. Sunday will include breakfast and the Divine Service with communion. The retreat ends after the dismissal at 11am.

Join us! Men 18 and up are $125; Ages 8-17 are $75.
Payment can be made via check made out to Shepherd of Peace Lutheran Church and either mailed to the church ahead of the retreat or paid at the retreat itself.
